annual flu vaccination and COVID-19 vaccination

Dear Patient,

This fall, we offer you the opportunity to get vaccinated against the flu and COVID-19. If you are over 60 or belong to a high-risk group, the flu vaccine is free. COVID-19 vaccinations are free for everyone.

We would like to invite you for your vaccination on a Saturday at our practice:

COVID-19: Saturday September 27 between

1:00 PM and 1:30 PM

1:30 PM and 2:00 PM

2:00 PM and 2:30 PM

Flu: Saturday, November 8 between

1:00 PM and 1:30 PM

1:30 PM and 2:00 PM

2:00 PM and 2:30 PM

To ensure everything runs smoothly and safely, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance if you will be attending, in what time slot, and for which vaccine. This allows us to better coordinate the number of vaccines and the schedule.
